Custom orders, including modified or made-to-order footwear, require up to 6 weeks from the date of purchase before shipping. These timelines are in addition to standard delivery estimates.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email us at concierge@mamluk.ae with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.

If your order incurred a shipping fee, the delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping
MAMLUK covers the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
Items returned outside our policy may be declined and shipped back to the customer.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please request a return and place a new order.
